This is wonderful. I am very excited to have found this channel. I am new in this sector of livelihood, I work with a local NGO in rural kenya, to be precise in Kilifi County. As a projects officer-livelihood to develop and generate ideas on how we can support the locals in improving their livelihoods and create income-generating activities that can supplement their income. I would love to get materials for this presentation or a website where it is posted.

Anything used after modification for mass propagation must carry an inferior to the original label, as the original with the desired naturally acquired traits was the ones that they were targeting to exploit. Organic is the original, around the globe enjoyed by our grandparents and the generations before them. Chemical toxicity was introduced with a business-minded propaganda after their times, hence inferior. Anything in the food sector with an artificial insert must carry a penalty, a fee. "Inferior" (poor) areas pay greater gasoline prices, right? Yeah, bringing that logic to this topic.

What a brilliant anthropological insights! The findings really challenge the mainstream assumption (including my previous personal viewpoint of our farming techniques in Forest-Guinea where I grew-up and participated in these activities) that blames indigenous farming practices as they are pointed at to be a danger to the environment. Thank you for highlighting the importance of our parents' knowledge and efforts to keep the landscape; this is why I love anthropology.

A "green" revolution indeed for the implementers, the tricksters, the salesmen but not so much the people and even less for Mother Earth. We will pay dearly for allowing these cons to convince us of their methods with promises of returns beyond belief and the governments who turned the blind eye and have allowed this to happen.

Ironically, if they had started producing Heat Pumps as the shop stewards suggested, Lucas would be at the forefront of the zero carbon movement and have one of the best established future-looking industries. About 190 million heat pump units were in operation in buildings worldwide in 2021 but this is anticipated to grow to 600 million units by 2030 meeting 20% of global heating needs.

Science is organize knowledge ,wisdom organize life Wisdom is supreme ,knowledge is a process of piling up facts, wisdom lies in it's simplification. The universe is billions of years in existence or maybe always, before humans, the universe existed on its own, without human knowledge or research. Changes, are no strangers to planet/E. All scientists have their own opinions ,based on their research, however they can compare. Mr M Hulme ,has wisdom and knowledge. Scientists, need to be honourable, they are the messengers to preserve ,and protect life for both humans and animals, the very reason we created with a brain to think, animals with natural strength and instinct.
